Global company so there are times you have to work early or late meetings to coordinate other parts of the world but they let you take the time off from your hours during the day.

The President of the company embarrasses employees in the office by yelling and putting them to shame.
No one to look up to and learn by example.
Total lack of professional work environment.
No questioning & brainstorming is encouraged.
