It was a good work environment that was fun to work for. There were a lot of opportunities to take on challenges which always kept things interesting. The staff was wonderful and it was always a pleasure to go into work.
Cons
As with any aviation position, there were times that the work could be stressful and deadlines could be very hard to meet. With a relatively limited staff it could occasionally lead to additional workloads being added.
