- the great people they have who work 40/50/60 hours per week are never recognised
- annual bonus isnt even worth the tax, even as a principal or above you get less than $5,000 bonus per annum!
- HR department don't really know or understand a grwat deal with regards to legislation etc, they are never on time for any meetings, and ignore emails and phone communication, often add words and comms for the sake of being heard and add very little value to any processes.
- Business doesn't support the emerging technologies in the technical world and this will have them left behind
- Heads of most disciplines also add very little value (Agile/DevOps/Innovation/CTO)
