Pros
Smart, committed people; a lot of talent; beautiful space; good benefits; decent salaries. Gym in the building.
Cons
Not a lot of diversity. The national office is not reflective of the diversity on their doorstep. Few people of color in senior leadership positions (other than Dr. Cullins). The President seems to be unable or unwilling to see that this is an issue and not make a long-term commitment to change it.
