Management really cares about work life balance and personal growth, and HR works hard to reinforce the core values that make PLANOLY so special while serving the needs of employees every day.
Cons
A con that is also a pro—startups don’t always have super defined systems and processes. However, you are able to see the value of your work and leave your footprint on the company by bringing something new to the table. Working at a startup can be enriching if you view this “con” as an opportunity like I do.
