Pros
Great people, firm management cares about staff, no micro managers as it's all about the results, challenging work, a lot of exposure to Partners.
Cons
There have been an abundance of changes across the HR function over the past couple of years and it's a little scary how many long term high performers have left the department. If you are not part of the "in" HR clique you will be pushed out of the firm.
