Miss use or abuse of security cameras, employees are monitor constantly not for security or business purposes but for personal behaviors and movements around work; example how many times employees took breaks or used the bathroom . Private conversations between employees have been brought up on meetings or memos so suspicion of microphone on some cameras. Cameras seemed to have been installed not for security or business purposes but for employee performance. In Many meetings statements of what has been seen on camera it's said . It just seems like cameras are mainly in place to discipline employees or modify behavior on employees not for security reasons.
