Terrible company, no respect for anyone on the production floor - Converting Operator Plastic Packaging Technologies Employee Review

Terrible work/life balance. No sick days. Management does not care about individuals unless you are a brown-noser. A lot of discrimination happening here. And don't bother being honest when they ask you how things are going on the job or with overall company improvement. They want you to tell them that everything is great. If you say otherwise consistently they will target you and drive you out as fast as they can.
