This is an extremely stressful job. 12 hours of working is pretty normal in the company - CEO likes micromanaging everything, has an opinion on every little thing. - Upper management has no authority and scare to take responsibilities. - Lack of training for customer service. - lack of respect for the employee - HR department is a joke.
