Management shows very little care about their workers as people and are not experienced enough to run a company correctly. They have no idea how to handle difficult situations in a competent way and are, at best, incredibly negligent or, at worse, willfully malicious.

Great team of very knowledgable and professional software engineers.

Bad leadership: Lack of transparency. Inability to lead the team through difficult times. Disconnection with the work that was being done day to day.
