Pros
The CEO is smart and knows many things. They use new tools which are nice to try. Good and regular communication in the company. Good connections to the healthcare system helps to get information and contracts. Something happens every week there. Investor and Apoteket are investors.
Cons
There is not much reward for the work and results, no bonus, no shares. If you do very good work you just get Slack thanks and emoji. The company grows but the employees do not see that in compensation and rewards. The senior management care about their bonuses, careers and probably to go public and sell their parts. Poor people management and micromanagement is common. They push so hard to grow that many employees are overworked. I had problem to sleep because I could not stop thinking about work. There is a lot of internal hype but many know the real situation. They expect results but there are not enough employees and the hiring is too slow. Engineering can't keep up with sales and marketing.
