Pros
Team members feel like family in culture. Management is transparent and open to any/all feedback. High bar for excellence. Really fun technologies and cool projects. Great mentoring culture and an amazing place to grow your career and learn new things. There are some really bright minds working at Platform9. Everyone is always doing the best that they can with the tools available a their disposal.
Cons
Vision of each team and company sometimes felt directionless. Priorities shifted fairly often causing development sprawl and technical debt. Sales/marketing sometimes doesn't align well with the product's value/features. Sales tends to over-sell capabilities and features of the product(s). Executive team brought on poor sales leadership in the past.
