Very strong Tech team Zero arrogance levels Balanced work pressure Flexible work timings A very good idea that the team is working on, sort of a sure shot success. If one has good knowledge base, practical knowledge, and willingness to make it big, this little organisation can give wings to break corporate boundaries and explore own potential.
Cons
They are choosy when it comes to hiring people. They maintain a very fun filled environment in the office, music, games, that sometimes i believe takes the focus away , temporarily though.
