Pros

Good company culture, overall most of the employees are pretty laid back and enjoy music. Before major holidays, the CEO let's people leave work early and company is closed on Weekends** (** = see cons)

Cons

You are supposed to work one half day on a Saturday about 1-2 times per month, only the Customer Support agents though, everyone else is excluded. Management in this department is way over their head and the true head of the department always sits behind a closed door and never says anything to anyone. The department is so understaffed due to employees leaving, not internal promotions as they tell you in the interview. Even though they have a technical services team, YOU are the one who does all of the troubleshooting and if you cannot resolve the issue, these people just schedule a tech, that's it....
