      - The chance to work in fast growing South-East Asia and with international clients - Working with cutting-edge technology and for a company that nurtures innovation - Company that values meritocracy and provides opportunities for growth - CEO and top management that cares about employees

      - For foreigners you have to be aware of cultural differences in order to succeed - Depending on which market you'll work in, language can be a challenge - You'll need to be comfortable with ambiguity and be flexible to change

      Pros

      Creativity was highly valued. The company leadership gave the team a lot of freedom to find innovative solutions to customers problems. The company had a real vision for the future that the whole team bought in to.

      Cons

      Probably a little too ahead of it's time. We were introducing so many new concepts to the clients that, in retrospect, were probably too cutting-edge. Clients probably would have been happier with simple, more basic solutions (ironic as that sounds).
