Pros
Some good people work within the company but the management team as a whole are poor.
Cons
Unclear commission package. No clear leadership. A sales force of 7 is now down to 1. Takes over four weeks to get a design back. Ops poor communication with clients accounts slow payers to suppliers. Overall this company is hard for schools and others to work with.
