Pros
- They've hired a good set of interns to initiate their gamification project!
- Lots of room for autonomy and other self-facilitation process
- Good company ideals and set up for further brand promotion and growth
- Ideas are welcome and no idea is left behind- both the CEO and the president at the meetings were attentive, caring, and supportive
- They've got quite a thing going now with their product and brand infrastructure- a good style guide and a developing design culture to push through obstacles.
- It was a pleasure working for them, even though it was an unpaid internship!
Cons
- Not enough initiative from the upper management- directive assignment orders among other deliverables were not as successfully conducted as I would have hoped
- The internship staff were too young to understand company culture, the ideals it was pushing, and the product being developed.
