Pros
Good work and life balance. Job security if you're good at your job. Sales team does a good job.
Cons
The worse thing about working here are the false hopes from senior management that the company is on the verge of huge success. Accountability at the senior management level is an issue. Confused management - They claim that the company is "product based" when it's very clear from all the triage going on that the company is very much "project based" to keep it going. Constant "reactive mode" - Software development feels like it revolves around what wasn't in the product after delivery instead of what should of been in the product at the time of delivery. No career advancement opportunities - You're pretty much stuck where you are if you are good at your job. Getting promoted to anything meaningful is few and far between. Below average salary - Salary levels are at a disparity for people doing the same type of work. Poor industry software development standards - Undefined SDLC model, poor software design methodologies, no code reviews, and a flawed testing strategy. There is little knowledge among employees of the company goals or strategy other than "have fun!".
