Pros

There are some nice people, decent tech stack but not without a monolith legacy! Pool table, nice office, health insurance & other benefits.

Cons

Recently made 55 people redundant in a big bang restructuring effort, now are bleeding good people left right centre because of it. Long term plan, roadmap & vision is non-existent. All that the execs want to do is to keep the one big customer they have. No growth plans for NZ team as engineering teams are set up in the Poland office as well.

Pros

Were some great individuals, don’t know if they’re still there. Leadership tells a great story.

Cons

Company run by Exec team in New Zealand, be prepared... Unethical & unprofessional business practices: Senior management willingly violates terms of written employee agreements, comp/commission plans & more!! Sales professionals: Steer clear of this long sales cycle train wreck, pricing model makes no sense, it’s total amateur hour. Solution, Dare say, “vaporware”, is cobble together, clunky and very dated for the U.S. market… not to mention, too expensive for what it really is. Technology: No innovation to be found here. Company lacks direction and changes weekly, don’t expect a serious product roadmap. Culture is a joke, very surface level. U.S. employees are “At Will", expect ZERO work/life balance, because you’re expendable! U.S. employees shouldn’t be surprised to find themselves working on national holiday’s - assume as if you’re on call. Bottomline: The technology was build for & around their primary customer, McDonalds. Management doesn't know to fix it, RESULT: Landing new clients nearly IMPOSSIBLE! Have Fun 😁

Pros

Some people actually care about their work

Cons

So much wrong: Culture is total façade, behind closed doors leadership talks behind your back and always looking to replace you. Leadership is toxic, untrustworthy and borderline criminal. Product is weak, lacks direction and very outdated. It’s a job, look elsewhere for a career!
