Pros

— Shift differential of $1.30 for second shift helps raise pay above the $14 base — Unused sick time hours are paid out to the employee — Employees are able to use the restroom and get drinks of water between breaks, and there are two breaks per 10-hour shift totaling 40 minutes — Management rewards meeting goals with free meals such as pizza or sandwiches from Jimmy John’s — The leadership I’ve worked with as well as the staff such as Human Resources have all been good to work with in general

Cons

— Base pay of $14/hr should probably be raised to $15/hr — Sometimes overtime is mandatory, but at least leadership tries to give advance notice such as announcing on Monday if there will be overtime on Friday — Sometimes outside issues with suppliers impact Plexus and result in overtime being required to compensate for delays in getting parts

Pros

Nice folks, decent pay at time, good experience. Clean workplace, emphasis on safety.

Cons

Management could be better, but not bad. Always chasing customer deadlines, but that is to be expected
