The pros don’t make up for the cons unfortunately. Toxic work environment, micro managing and snide comments 24/7. KPIs unmanageable resulting in long hours. Constantly being reminded that you are replaceable. Believe that drink and nights out will blur the fact that the workplace isn’t great. High turnover. Most people are aware that recruiting is difficult and it is not for everyone but the work place here didn’t help with this at all and alot of people even seniors with decent salaries are leaving/ left. Would like to add that whilst there is room to make money and grow career, it still feels extremely lacklustre for future opportunities, and the starting base salary is absolutely dire for a central London based office.
