      Talented people across the board. Positive, organic, engineering-focused culture. Upper management treats employees with respect and are committed to the company's success. Company founders set an example for employees with obvious dedication and hard work.

      Cons

      Not for ideal for people who can't work well independently. Plotly is fairly transparent, but mis-and-missing communication happens. Employees considering working here should expect to have to be diligent about asking questions and self-advocacy.
