Pros

-Everyone who isn't management. The one and only reason I have been here as long as I have, was because I met some of my best friends here and don't want to leave them behind. -As other reviews have mentioned, we like to sleep with each other. Yes this is true but I'm sorry what the hell do you expect when a group of over 100 under 30 year olds spend 1,000 hours a week together on one floor of a hundred year old (breaking fire code) building. I put this in pros simply because I think it's nice having attractive people around you to look at and sleep with. Better than trying to go to any bars around in the area with only 50+ creepy old people.

Cons

I'm not sure there is enough space and time for me to write out all the cons I've experienced in this torture chamber of incompetent directors and sexist C-levels. Let me start off on not as horrible of a note: HR is all women, yet the most anti-woman group of people I have seen at a company. Attempting to scold girls for their "work attire" yet not being able to figure out how to get the legal minimum salary pay to their employees. And "on boarding interns" for 3 months straight was all they had time for last summer? I'm sorry let's maybe spend more time on the wellness and satisfaction of our full time employees and not the 17 year old interns who sat around all day in the massage chairs. The hours required here are ridiculously long meaning we all get overworked, underpaid, and not appreciated. The VPs and Directors of the verticals get to sit around all day with their thumbs up their butt while their teams members make all the money and do all the work. Not to mention that these "Directors" are then making a higher percentage of the teams overall revenue than the sales people who are actually closing these accounts, leaving them with millions of dollars for zero work or time spent. If you're mid-level or below, you will never be acknowledged or appreciated. You'll be thrown around like the team mule with minuscule tasks that require immediate attention and then be scolded for missing deadlines of bigger projects. When you have an idea, it won't be heard and then turned against you as if it was the worst idea the company has had since 2006. (which btw was choosing to hire a family friend to run the Events/Kitchen team). I have found multiple hairs, bones, etc. in my lunches here and even after explaining what happened, getting yelled at for not appreciating the kitchen's hard work. After around 1-2 months of being here you will notice that food gets left over and reused into a "new" meal the next day. Sushi day with crab will become "crab cakes" with the leftover meat from the day before. Multiple people have gotten sick in the bathrooms and had to leave work from the food poisoning. There are also NO clear signs to show what ingredients are in each meal to assist those with allergies, forcing a few people to run to the ER for help. Managers/VPs are all family friends or people f*cking the CEO's children and only hire other people that follow their values. If they are not a "culture fit" then they are not hired regardless of their experience, meaning the managers think they would argue and disagree with them to try and change the way the team works. The best way to further your career here and get promoted? SLEEP WITH SOMEONE HIGH UP. This has been proven to be the only way to get where you wanna go and boss people around. If you do it quick enough, you can even get promoted to Director in 3 months!!! Just make sure it's the right person. Titles here are a joke. You could walk in and say "I want to be sales" and then 3 months later say "Just kidding I want to do marketing" and suddenly, without any experience, change your title and be able to pull work out of your butt that makes you look good. This company also likes to hire people from all over the world who don't know English or any proper grammar, who then speak to very important corporate companies completely f*cking up the way we look based on them not being able to speak clearly. No I am not trying to be racist, but when you're trying to get huge companies pay you hundreds of thousands of dollars, wouldn't you want the people selling to them represent high quality and clear communication? The CEO, who is never even in the office, likes to rip people apart in morning meetings, and demand 500 things of them within 24 hours or they will be fired. He has fired many people in the last couple of months, simply because he was going broke. He has been breaking the law of paying employees for the last 5 years, and after discovering his base salary offering was $14,000 below the legal minimum, he was going to owe over 1.5 million dollars. No this isn't a lot in relation to how much revenue we are bringing each day, but to a narcissistic greedy cheap-skate Persian man, losing 1.5 million is like a broke college student losing their scholarship. Without making you read for much longer, let's just put it this way. This company is absolutely f*cked. Turnover is so high because everybody is miserable all the time. The only people who want to stay here long term are the directors who get to tell people what to do. If you asked every employee here, they would say the same thing. "I am miserable." It's almost funny how many employees wish they didn't work here, but know that the only reason they can't leave is because the Silicon Valley job market is the hardest to break into.

Pros

1. Talent: you will meet and work with a wide range of peers from different functions, backgrounds and experiences that will broaden your repertoire. 2. Networking: this is the place to meet and exchange ideas from a wide spectrum of professionals. The amount of events that are hosted at the building per year is remarkable. You are bound to meet and exchange ideas and business cards that meet your demographics. 3.Perks: there is a full time coffee and cafeteria that provides amazing snacks, coffee, and fresh and hot breakfast and lunch meals with multiple options. You will never go hungry here! 4. EV friendly: plenty of charging stations. 5. Fun: a fun and bustling place to work in general. There is always someone to meet, talk and exchange stories with.

Cons

Can get quite busy at certain times of the year. The building hosts so many events per year the parking lot can be congested. Plan ahead if you know of a major event you are attending or come early.
