I don’t really have any cons to share. The only thing I’d mention is that since it’s a growing company, there can be some changes as they figure out how they want to shape and define their brand. That’s pretty normal with startups and growth, especially when you’re in marketing. You just have to be flexible and go with the flow a bit.
