We strive to create an equitable and inclusive environment where every team member feels welcome, appreciated, and heard. Our DEIB and people teams have several strategic partnerships in place to help us create the most inclusive environment where people feel they belong. Regarding the December restructure, the timing was certainly not ideal. Because this was a restructure and not just a layoff, we had to implement change across our company in a timely way to meet the needs of the business and our customers. If team members had the applicable skill set, we encouraged them to apply for open roles within Pluralsight. In many cases, we were able to find new roles for impacted team members based on their skills and the requirements associated with the role. We apologize if you feel there were missteps in our communications or actions during this time. - Will
