I’m sorry to hear that you didn’t feel that leadership was transparent. We strive to communicate with purpose and be as transparent with team members as we can. We also consistently evaluate the effectiveness of our communication and look for ways to improve, so I appreciate your feedback. We value all of our team members and their contributions, and the decision to proceed with staff reductions was not something that was taken lightly.
