      Having worked at Plus for 3 years I have recommended to several friends at other firms who have joined Plus. Mentoring, 9 day fortnight, and great culture. Young supportive team. Good Design.

      Cons

      Analogue systems could be improved - lots of QA that feels overdone.

      -Directors are great - really encouraging / friendly. -Cohesive working environment, team effort. -Interesting projects across variety of scales. -Variety of experience

      Small office so career progression might be lesser than a larger firm.
