Pros
great clients, steady and easy work, work life balance is good if you make it that way and don't train 24/7. the pay for training is pretty decent
Cons
no growth potential and extreme favoritism. benefits are horrible and no 401k match, work almost all holidays (loved being open for thanksgiving with one person on a treadmill), only 2% wage increase a year regardless of performance. Managers only care about themselves and not developing employees. I was there for 6 years and had trouble moving up when I was more than capable of doing the job. some people would start part time and in six months be assistant managers with no real reason. Ideas are constantly stolen from you and used to benefit others. salary is a joke but you can make more with more training. I joined when they were all about the clients, since being taken over those values have dissipated and it is all about the $$$.
