Looks good from outside. Will get to know the biased policy VIA HR soon. Not provided appraisal to us. Don't care what your role, they gives the work for project estimation to developer instead team lead. Senior person deserve higher designations here. (even on paper atleast) Could provide mac machine to cross platform developer, because they have to ping every time to ios developer at the moment release. Please celebrate atleast once without having work on that day. Never got any lunch, dinner from company.
