unique fast paced aerospace company. senior staff has 30+ years experience. the management team is fair and is willing to help. the growth potential is awesome. only aerospace company of it's kind in the area. they seem to be willing to give people a fair chance as well.

the only issue is that is you are going to come to work and not give a 100%, or follow instructions, things are not candy coated.

Pay was good to begin with and the people within the office are nice.

No benefits. Everything is done under the table, No formal offer letter. Promise of raise, then they fire you. Workflow is inconsistent and the rules of the process changes constantly. Supposedly there are two owners that don't collaborate with each other making it difficult to focus on the task and do it in the manor of which either of them want done.
