      none, none, none, and none.

      Cons

      CEO and management is disrespectful and unprofessional. Speaks to employees using profanity and is probably the biggest nincompoop on the planet, not to mention he is extremely racist. You are better off setting up your own lemonade stand and selling each cup for 25 cents than working for these idiots.

      Pros

      unique fast paced aerospace company. senior staff has 30+ years experience. the management team is fair and is willing to help. the growth potential is awesome. only aerospace company of it's kind in the area. they seem to be willing to give people a fair chance as well.

      Cons

      the only issue is that is you are going to come to work and not give a 100%, or follow instructions, things are not candy coated.
