Poor career progression and poor management - Anonymous employee Pobal Employee Review

We have put a lot of resources into developing our line managers in recent years and we are committed to continuing this work. As regards progression a lot of staff have progressed upwards through the business in recent years and we very much want to encourage that to continue. We are also developing action plans to address areas for improvement arising from our most recent staff survey.
