Pros
- Podium is growing quickly and has ample runway to continue its explosive trajectory - Solid executive leadership who openly communicate about growth metrics even when the company misses targets (e.g. Gross Churn, N$R, etc) - Dynamic environment and opportunities to participate in a wide range of projects / workstreams - Relatively flat leadership structure with extensive opportunities to work with senior management
Cons
- Minimal diversity (mostly due to locale, but there could be more diversity at the exec level). To Podium's credit, there is a big focus on diverse hires across the firm. - External hires are largely hired rather than internal promotions (though this is dependent on team) - Currently, minimal understanding of performance required to be promoted or receive performance bonuses (outside of Sales/CS)
