      Pros

      Tons of upward mobility. (Can move up to AE as quickly as 6 months if you crush it out the gate) Everyone is very willing to help you get better. Good place to cut your teeth if you’re new. Lots of phenomenal sellers & great people working here.

      Cons

      Lack off transparency & empathy from management at times. Benefits/pay have been scaled back recently. It’s a grind and the job feels like it takes up a lot of my life at times.
