      Nice and modern cbd office

      Horrendous culture - similar to wolf of Wall Street. Toxic masculinity Tone of messages from management - expecting people to work on public holidays and weekends. Men doing push ups in the middle of the sales floor Unrealistic targets - no ramp period for new starters. Full targets. 8 out of 10 new starters in sales in Q1 have left the business.
