There are really no cons, but would be nice to work remotely sometimes

In person training that builds repour with nationwide coworkers. Great benefits- Health Care + Life Insurance/ Holidays + Floating+ Great PTO/ 401k with 40% match, 9-5, compensated day off for working weekends. Good supervisors and supportive team depending on the VP/ President. Streamlined structure for tech support.

Lack of marketing leading to low leads. Missing structure for Sales people to stay consistent with marketing. No pipeline to move from tech to sales unless you knew the upper management very closely.
