The atmosphere/environment was great. Everything felt very cooperative and supportive. There was a strong sense of unity and you were still allowed to be yourself. It appeared that all of the employees enjoyed each other and having fun was encouraged. Point West takes good care of their employees.
Cons
My one and only con was my rate of pay and the length of time it would take for it to significantly increase or for me to advance to another position.
