-Lack of process documentation creates confusion and disorganization -Leadership is absent, seemingly not knowing of department issues or reason behind project failures -Compensation is not competitive for the industry or job level -Performance reviews are inconsistent, heavily biased based on how hard your leader pushes your case -Frequent organization changes create disconnection -Lack of career conversations or progression opportunities -Recent layoffs were hidden and not explained or communicated across the company -Overall, company decision making lacks transparency and has the feel of a large corporation where leadership doesn't seem to know what's happening in the business, why deadlines are missed, or projects fail

Working here was good at one point

Cons

Culture has changed drastically at the company. Leadership no longer cares about the people at the company and only focus on the finances/budgets and throwing more load onto the team members. The culture is now cold, changing fast, pushy, and it no longer reflects what we were even 2-3 years ago
