- Mental Harrashment - Nothing systematic or arranged, everything last minute. - Worst learders, people at the senior level are very bully, rude and stubborn. Every decision is taken by 1 person and he hears only his experienced people's feedback you won't get a chance to speak, he can yell and shout at you in front of the whole office and later everyone will say its his working style : rubbish. He has a team of 2 to 3 people rest all of them are useless.
