Absolutely abysmal pay and benefits
*Potential for growth is constantly stunted by an extreme "many hats" attitude by leadership
*Collaboration and teamwork is due to leadership overworking employees, not out of respect and desire to see the company succeed
Extreme disconnect between leadership / employees
Far too hierarchical - org chart / hierarchy exists for no other apparent reason than to add more bureaucracy
Absolutely no respect for work/life balance - 10 hour days are applauded
On that note - burnout is seen as a mark of pride
Leadership does not provide support - employees are expected to "own" the solutions to their concerns
Extreme lack of transparency - things are kept hidden and decisions are made that have wide impact without taking in to account the views/workload of the employees
There is no company culture nor company mission. The only culture/mission that seems to exist is "make leadership more money" (see abysmal pay for employees)
Pitiful bonus structure
Claims to be "agile" while embracing only the aspects of the agile manifesto that keep the money flowing
EXTREMELY high turnover due to above mentioned reasons
Inconsistency with accountability - leadership claims that accountability and responsibility are important, but this only seems to be the case when an employee makes a mistake
