Pros
Some really amazing developers and staff Fast paced industry with high technical requirements Did have a nice office atmosphere at one stage
Cons
Product thinks they understand technology better than the software development teams. I have never worked with IT management that made an already unethical industry even worse by flagrant unethical behaviour, bordering on pure corruption. Constantly waxing on about addressing technical debt, only to bring in new leadership that does nothing about it.
