Work culture used to be better - Sales Coordinator Pokka Employee Review

The dept has it own cliques that speak in their own dialect. Toxic and gossip environment mainly caused by a few people. Knives are masked behind their smiles. One person will be very friendly with all parties, just to get to know more personal information and gossip/backstab you. Fast to claim credit but no work gets done. Beware of A.Y.K.Y. The world is small and I got to know her ex colleague. This person caused massive disruption in her previous job and was planned for demotion but she left before the demotion. Toxic to the max. Salary is quite stagnant with no career progression. Loads of manual work with no proper integrated system
