I had a genuinely enjoyable and fulfilling experience working at Polarity. From day one, the company culture was supportive, and the team was incredibly helpful. The level of autonomy granted to me in managing my workflow was truly refreshing, and I appreciated the trust and respect that the company placed in my decisions. I had opportunity to work with talented individuals from diverse departments. This collaborative environment allowed me to learn new skills and expand my knowledge well beyond my primary job function. Overall, I found the company to be driven by a strong, passionate and competent team. As such, I would recommend Polarity to anyone looking for a place to grow and learn from some of the coolest people in the cybersecurity industry.

While vertical career advancement was somewhat limited due to the company's size and organizational structure, the numerous chances for horizontal growth and the overall positive work environment more than made up for it.
