Pros
They are very flexible with their policies when they have to exploit the employees they twist their policies in such a way that they can do what ever they want
Cons
The company is administered by HRs. HRs here have created the worst policies that could ever exist. They hire you as an analyst from college placements with training plus full time offer and a bond of 2 years but on the first of your joining itself they make you sign all the documents for bond and as a result your bond now extends from 2 years to training period plus FTE. So even if you decide to leave the company after a month in your training period you will have to pay the bond. No paid leaves are provided during the training period, and therefore, even in case of emergencies, you have to take LOPs, and money gets deducted from your stipend During the time of training if you want to take a leave then you have to first take permission of HR and they are never okay with you for taking a leave. They do not even provide you with sick leaves when you are full time employee. HRs are very rude, they think that they are sunning the company and they are not ready to even listen to your genuine concerns and reply give a harsh reply even if they listen to the concerns. The way layoffs and employee exits are being handled is just berserk. Employees are being removed with extremely short notice — sometimes within a few hours on the same working day. Even if you work seriously for the company one day HR calls you and informs that they do not like your performance and you are asked to resign on the same day and they do not even provide you with any notice period compensation, and they do not even pay for all your remaining earned leaves.
