Policybazaar might show you an attractive offer at first but they are just manipulating you to join and once you are stuck. They will inform you that your salary decreased by a massive 35% cut or more. Their management is hollow and company is barely on it's feet. HR is useless and only hired for part time fun activities. They will make you twice as hard for not even half the pay you deserve. No incentives at all. Just a fraud company misusing people's trust and manipulating them.
