6yDear former employee, thank you for your contribution to PolicyPal during your tenure. We apologise that you did not feel valued. We are always learning how we can do better for all stakeholders including our team, investors, customers. We have implemented various initiatives, such as sharing your End of Day reflections and challenges to your supervisor, and we hold monthly 1 to 1 feedback sessions for every employee and supervisor, and I have also freed up one hour every month to allow any team member to chat with myself about anything. We would like to know if you have brought up your difficulties and unhappiness to your supervisor or myself during these sessions?
