Pros
- Pollinate Group (formerly known as Pollinate Energy) is an INGO
- At present, it is WFH
- Lot of learning - if one takes up their own initiatives
- You will make friends
- No micro-management
Cons
- There is absolutely no structure of any sorts. The organisation just revolves on what the CEO thinks at the moment.
- Attrition rate has been high in the past two years - this is understandable as the motivation level for staff is usually very low.
- Employee feedbacks are collected, but no one acts on this.
- Leadership team often appears to be clueless.
- There is no acknowledgement of problems in the organisation by the CEO.
- Employee exits are largely unaddressed.
- No provision for growth at all.
- No constructive feedback or appreciation. Both field team and non-field team are pretty much on their own.
- Challenges at the field level are barely acknowledged.
- When employees exit, employees are blamed or said that it was not a right fit and so on. The leadership team hires themselves and don't look into the exits.
- Managers appear to be helpless or sound helpless
- Some position have been vacant for too long.
