No maintenance shop, not enough personell to keep all functioning , no form of planning and abuse of salaried employees by hours 70 to 80 still not satisfied. everything a fire drill

Qualification levels in all technical areas and planning have improved significantly over the last few years so less fire fighting is needed. This is a fast paced manufacturing environment that is measured by efficiency ratios; all employees are eligible for a quarterly performance bonus based on achieving company targets.

Good work life balance. Rewards good employees. Competitive pay and benefits. Quality system is world class.
When I started at the company in 2008 the company was on the brink of bankruptcy (naturally I didn't know this before I was hired). Since then the new management has completely turned the company around. Wages and benefits are greatly improved and we are now struggling to accommodate all the new business we acquired. All employees received a very generous and unexpected year end bonus as the company had its most profitable year ever!
Cons
The management has high expectations! Performance is constantly being measured and reviewed. Low performers will not be happy here and not make it very long.
