Nothing good at all, management expects you to work 24x7 without any leave and will take meeting everyday without any logic.
Cons
The CEO needs serious psychiatric assistance, highly manipulative and loves micromanagement within organisation. Only loves bootlickers (One of it is surviving past 6 years) because of this. Loves entertainment from employees in his cabin with closed light. Highly unprofessional, practice casteism. Non visionary, never ever done any client meeting, always eats in his cabin throughout the day.
