Your just a number.. Expect to sell very poor products with appalling aftersales. Training is very poor no structure just sharing ideas and best practise. Very bad senior leaders they are impressed by people with very little talent they will promote top books not leaders. Constantly moving furniture for no rhyme or reason. Long hours 6 days for no reason although this has recently improved but still has a long way to go.. The company and board don't allow or trust you to make decisions you are a company drone and your voice isn't heard.. Allow people to drown instead of reaching in and helping people..
